Alex Kaufmann

Alex is a lover of all things yoga, wellness, and life. Along her yoga journey, she has practiced and studied Power, Baptiste, Hot, Restorative, Rocket, and Vinyasa Flow Yoga. She has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training with world-renowned instructors and has amassed over 3,000 teaching hours to enhance her skills. Alex specializes in flexibility and core training, Yoga for Beginners, and finding self-love and appreciation through intention-filled practice and meditation. Her love for travel and wellness birthed Vibe x Flow Retreats where she combines yoga, culture, and exploration to curate everlasting experiences and memories.

Elena Lakay

Elena Lakay is a champion of holistic reproductive health and wellness for women, whose radiant love, energy, and intuition are at the pinnacle of everything she does. As a Clinical Sexologist and Reproductive Health Expert, Elena has channeled her specializations in body movement, herbal medicine, holistic healing therapies, and her professional doula practice into transformative programs that take her clients on a guided journey towards conscious living and sexual liberation. Her advocacy for reproductive health and justice, bodily autonomy, and self ceremony are fueled by her passion for inspiring a culture of empowered, informed women. Elena continues to walk the spiritual and professional development path with specialties in Reproductive Health, including fertility awareness, charting, and womb healing. Body Movement includes yoga and fitness, Herbal Medicine, fertility detox, and Therapies, including massage, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork. Elena is an indispensable wealth of knowledge, sharing her lessons with those in need of a guiding light along their journey of self-actualization.

Terms

A deposit of $500 is used in order to reserve a spot. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERRABLE. The remainder of the payment is due MARCH 6TH 2022. BY MARCH 6TH 2022 - Failure to meet this payment date will result in a $100 penalty fee.

Failure to meet this deadline with balance payment allows the venue to release your room and it will be available to another person.

REFUND POLICY
Things change and things happen - We understand this and aim to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. However, the closer the event date is - the harder it is to fill your space, should you not be able to make it after booking.

The balance is refundable ONLY within 72 HOURS of received payment.

Vibe x Flow Retreats is not responsible for missed, delayed flights or issues with travel or any acts of God that may cause you to miss your retreat date once paid. Vibe x Flow Retreats is not responsible for any injuries, ailments, or sickness that may occur during classes or during the duration of this trip, or after. You accept that you are physically capable to attend classes, workshops, and this retreat.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS
All COVID-19 rules must be adhered to on this retreat, including but not limited to in the airport, at the venue, and on excursions. Should a lockdown ensue that may hinder entry into The Bahamas, the retreat will be postponed and a new date set.
